User Types

Admin

A user with administrator privileges (for a customer if it is MSP edition). The administrator can manage users, settings, and tickets inside a customer.

Agent

A support agent manages tickets and end users inside a customer. Permissions can be configured for each agent.

Agent can belong to one or more groups.

End User

An end user can only belong to one organization.
