Time TrackingΒΆ


When an agent is replying a ticket, he can turn on time tracking feature to track how much time he has spent on this ticket.

Agent also can click the time field and edit the time value directly:


Or modify the value later:


Ticket’s properties shows the total time spent for this ticket:


And we can also create a time report to show the total time an agent has spent, or the total time spent on an organization.
