Export/Import DataΒΆ

You can do export/import data through “Admin/Export” and “Admin/Import” icons.

For export, all tickets, categories, users, groups and organizations data will be exported to a zip file, which can be downloaded to your local drive. If you install iHelpdesk on your own server, then you can import the zip file, then all the tickets and other data will show up there. However, you cannot import the data to the same server unless you select the “Overwrite” option during import.
